Mary Thompson, died, aged 82 at Eastcliffe Rest Home in July last year. She and I greatly appreciated the expert, tailored and genuinely caring care your team gave her in the last five years, including looking after her drop-offs and pick-ups when the taxi and latterly wheelchair brought her. Altough she had dementia, she felt safe with you.
